We offer a 30-day return policy for products in new and unused condition. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund, minus applicable shipping fees.
Do GOTRAX products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric rideables come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Most models include a 90-day to 1-year warranty period for key components like the motor and battery.
Are GOTRAX electric scooters waterproof?
Our scooters have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light splashes and dust. However, they should not be submerged in water or ridden in heavy rain.
