Returns & Exchanges

At GOTRAX, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electric rideable within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original packaging and like-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Safely pack your GOTRAX product in its original box, ensuring all chargers, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
